      Genuine culture that inspires people to offer their best. You're working with some of the smartest people in the industry. Massive growth and opportunities. A highly aspirational organisation striving (mostly succeeding) to be on the cutting edge of service, technology and culture.

      Enormous growth means an extremely busy environment - good problem to have! Growing pains.

      Pros

      It's a great place to work, seriously. There aren't many places that I've worked over the years that I can say I actually ENJOY working with my fellow employees.

      Cons

      There are not many downsides. The only thing is the lack of career advancement opportunities at remotes sites, as most of them will be at the headquarters.
