Pros
Rackspace is a fast growing organisation providing opportunities for capable people. It, as in its culture, genuinely believes in what it is trying to achieve. It is evolving therefore all can be involved in shaping the future should they desire.
Cons
It is a growing organisation where changes can take time to be implemented. The standards and expectations are high and it is not possible to please everyone all of the time. The workload can be demanding at times but this is set against achieving high standards for the customer.
