I've heard the Austin office doesn't get quite the same amount of benefits as the San Antonio office which is a downside for people who work out of that office. The salary ranges are fairly massive, and it can be difficult to move around within that range. It seems increases in pay while keeping the same position can be hard to come by.

Unrealistic deadlines from clueless management. Unworthy promotions. Tired of seeing the same mistakes again and again. Haven't seen much improvement in four years.
