      Pros

      Prior to 2017. One of the best Tech companies to work for. The culture, the growth opportunities, the challenges and benefits.

      Cons

      Post 2017, everything went downhill. Consequences of private capital raiding and pillaging. Everything went offshore without proper investment and customers conducted a mass exodus from their offerings. Then leadership had the nerve to ask what is happening to its staff.

      Best place to work.. work life balance is the best with transparent policies and supportive management. Flexible working hours .. can take breaks as and when required..

      All good. No complains at all.
