No confidence in executive management based on previous decisions. There is a very big disconnect in communication and lack of clear planning. All of this leads to a consistent sense of incompetence with the upper management and a feeling of a lack of care for employees. It is not a dynamic workplace. Things move very slowly. There is very little sense of community fostered within company. Especially globally. Outdated and inconsistent tooling. No major drives for career development or internal movement. London office is outside of the city, beside Heathrow.
