If you put in the work and offer to help others you can move and grow within the company and take on other roles

Cons

Management is not the best at times you will be VERY lucky to see a raise, even if they move you to another position that may take on more work, they water it down to make it seem like you should be paid the same Not everyone that is doing the same exact job is getting paid the same.
