Pros

Many of the people that I worked with were friendly and had a growth mindset. Help was there when you asked for it. The hours were generally pretty decent depending on your location and state, though it varies a lot based on in office or remote work. You can generally transfer between departments easily and from remote to in office. Benefits are fair, lots on incentives and offerings.

Cons

Company states they’re a leading radiology group, and that may be, but they also only seem to have money in mind and leave their patients and employees wellbeing behind. Many techs are overworked and offices are understaffed. The patients feel it when their scheduled appointments become delayed causing them to wait longer, or have to reschedule when they can’t be seen. At which time they have to call to reschedule and wait 20+ minutes to be helped. The pay isn’t competitive. You have to push for decent pay or raises.
