      Pros

      I was at TMP for 9 years and it was a FANSTATIC company to work for! Management was always willing to help further your career within the company. Benefits were PHENOMENAL! Work/Life balance is amazing!

      Cons

      It's advertising so there are some late nights or early mornings but all in all that is normal in the advertising industry.
