      I would not recommend this company.

      Cons

      Controlled from the US by people who order European colleagues around but do not care about European perspectives. CEO comes to inspect Europe occassionally and everyone is afraid of the visit. Anywhere you work in the company, your role will be about selling more and getting customers to sign up to long contracts. If the company do well, you will get a hoodie for Christmas.

      Pros

      I have been an employee at Radancy for many, many years. The main reason that I have stayed so long is the people that I worked with, and the way that Radancy has treated me. During COVID they stepped up, made the decision to send everyone home even before most companies were doing that, and taking steps to make sure that employees and their families were safe.

      Cons

      On occasion, when staff members have left, it has been a little challenging to pick up the slack. But those times only lasted for a little while until replacements could be hired.
