Pros

Opportunity to develop multi-channel marketing strategies for major brands. Lots of bright minds, building unique product offerings.

Cons

Everything is fast paced and there are many moving parts — it can be overwhelming with high turnover and strapped teams.

Pros

Good environment and team, Chicago office is fun, great variety of clients that can lead to solid exposure

Cons

Pay is slightly below average, job itself often feels as if it’s the JV team in the world of advertising since they specialize in recruitment ads. Very different from creative, but maybe that’s just me

Pros

- collaboration between different departments - resources to help you with your job - leadership and management care about their people - 401k - FTO - exposure to Fortune 500 brands

Cons

- benefits are sub-par but not awful Overall, this is one of the best companies I have worked for and don't have many cons. The company is currently working on more training resources for new hires, making it a more seamless transition.
