      Pros

      You are able to learn a lot in a short amount of time and are given the resources to do extremely well if you put the time in. You may not always be shown how to use all of your resources, but if you ask people will be willing to show you and help you out. Many employees do the minimum amount of work, so if you are willing to go the extra mile you will be able to move up quickly.

      Cons

      Some teams are not managed as well as others, and have an extremely high turnover. If you're one of the lucky ones to be put on one of these teams, step it up and you may become the leadership the team needs!

      Pros

      Global agency - opportunity to work with global clients. Some of the people you'll work with are highly experienced (others not). TMP is a major player in the recruitment space - so you'll get good exposure to what this industry is about.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a highly creative environment you may struggle. Very sales driven environment - you need to want to sell. There is a boom-bust mentality, when times are good you are fine - when the economy suffers so does your position at the company.

      TMP services a wide variety of industries and is up-to-date on software and programming tools. Casual work environment, Hard-working, dedicated team, Friendly and competent Middle-Management. Laid-back atmosphere

      Cons

      - Owned by a Venture Capital company (Veronis Suhler Stevenson/"VSS") Management solely focused on bottom-line. Salaries considerably below market, especially true for Technical / IT sector positions. - Salary increases average about 2% per year for "good" employees, less for those that don't measure-up. - All praise/kudos from Sr. Leadership directed toward Account Managers, with little to no thought given to the Technical team that actually creates the products and allows the company to continue running. - High Turnover
