      Pros

      TMP has the benefit of working with many of the world's leading companies so provides many employees with significant opportunities to work at the cutting edge in terms of recruitment marketing and employer branding. There is a healthy team ethos particularly at the senior level with plenty of mutual support between different functions and regions. There are also many opportunities to learn through the many global functional get togethers, internal webinars and training sessions.

      Cons

      Being a global business the requirement to attend conference calls at unsocial hours is an expectation you need to get used to at TMP and you can expect to have some tough conversations if you're not pulling your weight or hitting your targets. Like most agency businesses your development is largely up to you (though the opportunities are there is you're proactive). However, many of these downsides generally come with the territory. TMP is a performance focused company with demanding clients and a global footprint. You therefore need to take the rough with the smooth.
