      Pros

      In our little corner of the advertising & marketing world, we are a legitimate thought leader. We offer a collection of services that nobody else can. A great, fun, energetic culture.

      Cons

      Inadequate internal communication; ever changing "process"; a lot of runaround and gray area between teams.

      Pros

      TMP has the products, and there are a few brilliant minds to help them along, if they stay.

      Cons

      The company manages in denial. It's all about the numbers here...at the sacrifice of the employees...and, shockingly, the clients. If a bad apple in the org has a friendly inside track to executives, those executives will allow him / her to tank the team or account with no consequence. The execs just need you to fill their pockets...that's all...and will turn a blind eye at every corner. The favors do get returned at times however. It's known that there are at least 2 offices where a good number of people fall asleep during large company conference calls...
