Poor culture

Pros

Not many pros, leadership rotates every 1-2 years, infighting, operated in silos, very unethical management. No support from management team.

Cons

Salaries are under market average. They claim they offer a bonus plan but then they set the targets so high and unrealistic that it’s impossible to be awarded any real significant amount. Extremely poor leadership, mid level management lies on performance reviews with employees that are more qualified than they are for fear of that employee being promoted, when HR is notified of managerial misconduct they take no action. The company operates very lean, dumping excessive workloads on its employees.
