Pros

Pay is decent, although not always on time or correct.

Cons

So many, so I'll just hit the high ends. No work to life balance. Poor planning by upper management means they will call OT at the last minute. During peak they will add days to work without any need while they take off. Absolute disregard for quality until an audit is failed. Night shift runs with no leadership. Managment that are there sit in office on the internet and do not hold associates accountable. No 401K and no plans to add in the future. Much higher turnover than average means managers are expected to meet achieve nearly unattainable results using temps with little to no experience and extremely poor training. Upper management fosters an "us vs. them" atmosphere with the client and blatantly lie reporting metrics and measures being put into place to address quality/production issues. Theft is rampant, vehicles are broken into constantly due to not enough security. No vetting of temps means workforce is comprised of convicted felons, some even wearing ankle monitoring devices!!

Pros

When you find the few good ones - they are really good! Most of the employees will try to do a good job...try is the best word. But they won't stay because leadership isn't truthful.

Cons

Leadership is highly dysfunctional and many of the senior leadership is WAY over their heads. The new CEO isn't getting the full story for his team. People nice to your face and then talk behind your back. And the "chiefs" aren't capable of leading in the new world - leaders who have been there 18 years don't have the skills to run a company that has changed - no innovation because they only have one reference point.
