Pros

Depending on the department, they may allow work from home.

Cons

Severance was unsatisfactory given the length of employment. All U.S. based software development positions in my department were outsourced, so no diversity there. There's no formal on-boarding process and the software itself is outdated with little to no documentation, extremely difficult to follow, and perhaps intentionally obfuscated. I can only speak to my own department because any inter-departmental / cross-product coordination efforts were ignored by other departments. In regards to executive leadership, we'd get an email every few months about some change, but it never seemed to have any impact on us. The only memorable person at that level was the former CTO who seemed to be intentionally sabotaging our product, even though our department was one of the most profitable.

Pros

No positive. I don't see any good future in this company.

Cons

Everything is bad here. I wish I could quit. Very bad leaders in this company. Too much politics. No one cares about the company. Leaders are there to suck money out. They argue and fight with the employees. No review, promotion or anything. My manager has not talked with me about my reviews in 3 years. There is one on one meeting with manager. Managers don't care about the company and they say it proudly. IT depart is most horrible. Everyone gone. Everyone complains about the CTO but he doesn't leave. He laughs in the meeting. He calls everyone on the phone. It doesn't matter of the time if 6pm, 9pm or 11pm. He calls and screams at people like they are his slaves. Big problems with clients and he hides the problems. He ask us to not talk about them or ask us to not talk about the problem to anyone and be quiet. He is mental. If the work takes 9 months to complete, he demands the work to be completed in 1 month. If we argue, he will fire us. I don't have choice. I work day and night I don't have choice. He makes me cry. He treats H1b people like cattle in the field. He lies a lot and makes other people lie. Do not join this company and do not work in IT under Devang Patel. He doesn't care about the company. He only cares about him. He has big ego. If you do not agree with him he will fire you. No future in this company. He doesn't care. No body cares. Nobody likes him. Absolutely nothing moves in IT without his permission. He is very abusive. Everybody is looking for job. Do not join this company and cry like many people here.

Pros

Decent company to work with but no growth opportunities.

Cons

I have been working with Radial for 3 years now. I am an India based employee but the organization has made it very clear that they do not want to grow in India. They wanted everything in US so they can save US positions. Despite US having high cost and less profit, they promote USA but not India. This will be no surprise for Radial India employees.
