      * Plenty of work to keep you busy.

      Cons

      * A lot of the issues here have no written policies- which is why there are issues. - No policies on working remotely. Under one circumstance; one day- it could be approved. On another day; similar circumstance- it will be denied. * There are no raises. One might be given after 2+ years of employment. * There are little to no consequences for repeated mistakes- which is an issue because it puts more work on the next department while the other department gets to continue to not do their job and get paid.
