Great environment, Continued education, Fun work events
Pros
I have had a great experience working in and with every department in this company, everyone is more than happy to answer questions about their job or the product and seem honestly excited to be here. The workload is perfect and they are happy to let you explore other projects if you have an idea you think might help the company. Great provided snack and drink selection, fun team and company building events on and off campus. Minimal office politics.
Cons
The cons in my opinion are also the strengths, the company is growing and therefor is starting the structure itself in a more organized way. Systems are being updated and processes are becoming more formalized. The company is owned by Konica Minolta which is a larger company this has not adversely affected me but might mean something to someone
