Pros

Radio Flyer has a great culture and workspace. There are also several opportunities to learn and grow in my career and employees are given a lot of responsibility. It's rewarding to see my projects come to life and make an impact on the business.

Pros

- Friendly and inviting work environment. Everyone is dedicated to their work and always willing to help others. - Feedback from employees is taken seriously. There have been positive policy and benefits changes based on employee feedback. - Everyone's work has a direct impact on the business. It's a pretty small company for such a well-known brand. Departments are lean which mean day to day work can differ for some. This reduces work monotony and makes it more engaging. - Daily direct interaction with senior management with opportunities to get feedback and direction - Onsite Farmers Fridge with daily subsidized coupon - Onsite Wellness Zone (gym) - Onsite garden available to all employees to harvest from

Cons

- Lean teams tend to have busier seasons. This can lead to stressful times without the ability to offload work. - The offboarding process

A culture driven environment

Pros

The company overall has a very strong culture and has multiple opportunities to directly contribute to the community. All new hires can expect a very welcome environment, where you're exposed to other people and departments via initiatives from HR, so it doesn't feel like you're being thrown in with no support. The workplace has a playful, colorful, and open-air vibe, as do many employees here, while maintaining professionalism and high expectations for one another that help you grow and face challenges, but are not too overwhelming (or, if they are, it's easy to get help and support. The interview process for me was also not that overwhelming, and it's clear to me that they value the process and journey as much as the results, or they wouldn't have asked me to write an essay about my successes and failures. It's very much behavioral.

Cons

I think experiences may be very different depending on department, from what I heard.
