Pros

I genuinely can say I look forward to going to work every day. Due to the support of the team, the nature of honest, open and frequent feedback and high expectations, I've seen myself grow a lot in the past two years I've been here. The company truly cares about you and your growth as a person and in your career. - Hybrid work schedule - Amazing co-workers - Opportunities to work on many different projects and have your voice heard - Great work-life balance

Cons

- Smaller company with not as much obvious vertical growth (they still make it work) - I could be getting paid more somewhere else, something I'm willing to sacrifice for the great work culture

Pros

Radio Flyer has an amazing commitment to development of all employees. There are internal classes and learning opportunities, as well as support for obtaining outside certifications. Everyone is dedicated the Vision Mission Values. I've never heard someone say "That's not my job", everyone is friendly and willing to help to ensure the company is meeting the goals.

Cons

Can't think of any cons! This really is the best job I've ever had.

Great Company Culture and Workspace

Pros

I've worked at Radio Flyer for over Seven years now. I started as an intern and was hired full-time after graduation. The culture here is amazing, from the two paid volunteer days off, where you get to spend the day volunteering in the community with fellow flyers, to the warm memories committee, which celebrates life events (weddings and babies) at company meetings. Every day I come into the office I know I'm going to be greeted with friendly smiles and great people who genuinely care about each other and the goals of the company.

Cons

The location can be a hassle to get to and from.
