Pros

Radio Flyer is a great place to work because of the people. Everyone is passionate, motivated, and collaborative. I am honored to work with a great group of people who help me grow as well. Radio Flyer also prioritizes personal and professional growth. There are many opportunities to build your skills through Wagon U and committees. Lastly, I am so proud to work for a brand that gives back to its community, prioritizes DIB education, has brought so much joy to generations of families, and remains innovative.

Cons

As the brand continues to grow and launch more and more products, it is difficult to maintain adequate resources at times. Flyers can have high workloads and expectations; however, management listens well to Flyers and will help provide resources that mitigate heavy workloads as needed.

Pros

The Radio Flyer brand is trusted by families because of decades long commitment to high quality products. The product line continues to expand each year into new categories like Kids bikes, E-bikes, Strollers, bike trailers and Active play products that are fun to design, market and sell. The collaborative work culture is a key to Radio Flyers success.

Cons

I live out in the western suburbs and the Chicago road construction season makes the commute long.

Radio Flyer Response

Thank you for your review. The work you do helps us deliver on our mission of bringing smiles to kids of all ages and creating warm memories that last a lifetime! I appreciate your feedback on our flex time benefits. Our Flyer feedback is important, and we seek this feedback to find what works best for both the business and for the team. Sometimes, the answer is no, as the decisions we make need to be in the best interest of the entire team. That said, when Flyers need flexibility, this begins with dialogue with a manager or a Senior Leader about their work, so we can continue to find what works best. Thanks, Robert
