      Pros

      You have a very real opportunity to impact the company's growth and your own. It's a small company with a lean team, which means that you can really make an impact. When you perform well, you have the opportunity to grow through additional roles, responsibilities, training (internally and externally), etc. I've been here 15 years and am still learning new things every day!

      Cons

      It's a small company, which to me is great. I've worked at bigger companies and enjoy the lack of politics and simplicity here.
