- My work has a meaningful and direct impact - I am able to develop new skills through my projects and self-improvement is encouraged - I am able to work with my manager to coordinate projects I want to work on - There's plenty of variety in my work - The leadership & management teams are open to feedback and actually apply it - The positive company culture makes staying motivated easy

Cons

- The commute can be inconvenient due to location. Hybrid/WFH has been really nice to remedy this partially. - We tend to operate on the leaner side in terms of staff. So workload can spike-up throughout the year

Pros

An extremely motivated, engaged, and collaborative team. Amazing prototype shop with every tool you would need. Great benefits (Healthcare, 401k match, bonus, profit sharing, etc). Transparency from Sr. Management regarding state of the company and strategy. Culture of personal development and growth. Emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Flex hours and a hybrid work environment. Get to have fun at work!

Cons

With all of the great new projects we're working on, there is sometimes a shortage of designers and engineers. It's on the outskirts of Chicago's west side, so not many restaurants nearby.
