Pros

I've worked at Radio Flyer for almost three years now I started off as an intern on the IT team and was hired on full-time after graduation. The culture here is amazing from the warm memories committee, which celebrates life events (weddings and babies) at company meetings, to the two paid volunteer days off where you get to spend the day volunteering in the community with fellow flyers (co-workers)! Radio Flyer just remodeled their offices with all brand new furniture including sit to stand desks for everyone! Some of the other great things around the office include: -Subsidized Whole Foods Fridge (Salads, Sandwiches, Breakfast Tacos etc.) -Starbucks Coffee -Option to participate in catered lunch every Tuesday -Backyard area to eat lunch/work Other Benefits: -Great health insurance -401K Match -Profit Sharing -Summer Hours -Option to buy a week of vacation

Cons

The location is in far west Chicago which makes the commute long.

Pros

I LOVE my job! How many people can say that every day and truly mean it? Well if you work for Radio Flyer you can! We have a FUNomenal benefits package, Wagon U, 2 Volunteer Days and we build a playground every year. We create awesome products that make kids smile and sometimes (we even get to test them). I feel that the work I do everyday matters and that I work with an amazing Team that gives 110%. I am really lucky to be a part of a great company that just celebrated their 100th Anniversary and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.

Cons

Seriously nothing. There is so much to be grateful for.

Pros

There is a great culture here that helps everyone stay passionate about what we do. The culture here also supports each employee to grow in each of their own skills by providing classes career development classes throughout your employment. The employees here are a close knit group of people that will always go out of their way to help each other out on projects. The companies also allows us to stay as a fun group of people, which makes it exciting to come to work every week. We have many benefits and activities throughout the year. We are given the opportunity to volunteer 2 business days throughout the year to help out community. This is on top of our year Kaboom event, where the full company works together to help build a new playground for the community around us. For activities, we continue to promote each other to stay active throughout the year by staying involved in recreational leagues, races, & fun game tournaments during lunch.

Cons

We are slightly far away from the heart of Chicago.
