      Pros

      This company fosters an incredible culture where every individual is truly valued. As a Black woman, this is the first workplace where my voice is not only encouraged but genuinely heard and appreciated. I've had the opportunity to see my ideas come to life and have been given the freedom to explore and shape my own career path. Plus, the benefits are awesome, the flexibility is great, the salaries are competitive, and you get to work with some really cool and innovative products!

      Cons

      Location - Located on the far west side of the city. Great neighborhood just far from where I live.

      Pros

      Radio Flyer is a great place to work because of the personal and professional development opportunities. Also, the people! Everyone is supportive, caring, and reliable. The brands ethos are strong - as a certified B Corp, Radio Flyer supports DEI initiatives and is actively trying to reduce it's carbon footprint with strong sustainability actions. I am proud to work at Radio Flyer!

      Cons

      We are a small, but mighty team. With a culture built on high expectations, this can cause heavy workloads at times.

      A small company so more visibility with other departments. Hybrid work schedule.

      Location isn't great without a car.
