      Pros

      Radio Flyer is a small company where your hard work is recognized and rewarded. Through the annual goals alignment process, you clearly see how your individual efforts contribute to the company's success. There is a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie, and the typical Flyer goes above and beyond what is expected. I have never worked at a company like this, where everyone is truly kind to each other.

      Cons

      Being a small, lean company, many of us do work that would normally be done by two or more people elsewhere. Staffing has not always kept up with the company's growth. While you learn a ton about the business and prioritization, there are sometimes stresses on work life balance.

      High-performing team, great benefits, fun products, & challenging work. Radio Flyer has been an amazing place to build myself. Career advancement and opportunities, rich feedback, and an awesome physical workspace!

      location-- office is not easy to get to from expressways

      Pros

      Great workplace culture. Senior management genuinely cares about the employees and the overall environment fosters creativity and focuses on overall employee well-being.

      Cons

      Depending on your location it can be a difficult commute as it's not close to an expressway.
