      Pros

      This has been the best place I've worked. The culture, people and products we make are all great. The management team is very open and easy to talk to (including the CWO). The work is challenging but it's always worth it when I see kids enjoying the products I helped develop. Very helpful and organized orientation program helps new flyers acclimate to the culture and feel like they are a part of the team from starting from their first day.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company moves a little too fast for it's own good and issues on projects get pushed back until it's too late to solve.

      Pros

      Radio Flyer has a great culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, personal and professional growth, and sustainability. It's a joy to come to work and know that what you're doing is really making a difference for the company. The sustainability initiatives, both locally and across the entire supply chain, are also a huge benefit and show how we live our Vision Mission Values every day.

      Cons

      There are few downsides to working here, and management is very open to discussing and correcting any that arise.

      Best Place I Have Worked

      Pros

      The number one reason to work at Radio Flyer is the FUNomenal work environment. Everyone who works at Radio Flyer is super friendly and always willing help each other. You are treated like family from day one. Radio Flyer values its employees and makes sure you will be able to succeed in your job.

      Cons

      The downside is that I do not have the flexibility to work from home.
