Pros

Radio Flyer is honestly a pretty great place to work. The company really values its employees and actually makes an effort to create a supportive and inclusive environment. They give equal opportunity to everyone here, which is refreshing; it doesn’t matter your background or your role, you can grow if you put in the work. I feel like they really want people to become the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally. Another thing worth mentioning is the sense of teamwork. Radio Flyer has a way of making you feel like you’re part of something bigger, where everyone genuinely cares about the success of the company and each other. It’s like they’ve managed to build a culture where you’re motivated to be a team player without even being told.

Pros

Radio Flyer created an amazing culture of people that are passionate about what they do. You are given a lot of responsibility for success within the company. There is a lot of freedom on how you approach each project with everyone aligned working towards the same goals. Radio Flyer continues to stay honest and transparent on how the company is doing. The projects are some of the most exciting work I've been able to do in my last 13 years as an Industrial Designer, with an emphasis on innovation and staying relevant in the industry.

Cons

Resources are some times limited to accomplish all the task efficiently, which helps force the employees to make sure we are working on the correct projects.
