Pros

It is such a rarity to find a company with great integrity, innovation, and dedication to its employees, like Radio Flyer. I work in a very specific field here, however, I am given the freedom to explore other areas of interest, through job shadowing, mentorship, and committee volunteering. Radio Flyer is a great company with great products but what I love the best is how Radio Flyer values my life outside of my job by establishing awesome work-life balance benefits. Everyone knows Chicago summers are meant to be spent outdoors and here we have summer Fridays with half or full day offs, social events, and occasional Bags Tournaments. The vacation allotment, maternity and parental leave benefits are extremely generous as well. Radio Flyer is the best place I've worked!

Cons

Radio Flyer is a bit of a drive for me, 45min - 1hour

Pros

There are many reasons why I love working at Radio Flyer. The top reason is because I really enjoy working with my fellow Flyers. Everyone shows up to work every day and gives 100%. This is crucial when you work for a small company that is highly collaborative. At the same time, there is a high level of autonomy and encouragement to try new initiatives. We are always exploring ways to innovate, improve and ultimately grow.

Cons

I can't think of any "cons" at this time. We have a high level of transparency at Radio Flyer and are encouraged to share open feedback.
