Pros

I've been working at Radio Flyer for 10 years, and I still get goosebumps when I think about how lucky I am to do work I personally believe in—bringing smiles to kids of all ages. I love that I get to work for an internationally recognized brand AND a small company. This means my work has a significant impact, and I get all the benefits of a fast-moving, innovative culture. Plus, the company is small enough that I actually know and care about the people I work with. Radio Flyer invests in the growth and development of each "Flyer" (employee), so it is a great place to grow your career.

Cons

Our team is talented and dedicated, and Radio Flyer has high expectations—so if you are looking for somewhere to relax and avoid work, Radio Flyer is not the place for you.

Pros

-Many companies put cultural values on the walls in their office, Radio Flyer employees actually live it! -I constantly feel motivated and energized here. I am happy to come to work! -The people are amazing, we truly care about each other. -I feel supported, listened to, and empowered. -I have a clear path for career growth, and my manager and I spend time discussing personal development goals.

Cons

-Being a small company, you wear many hats as a flyer. You are expected to work hard and carry a lot of responsibility. I see this as a good thing personally, but others might not. Instead of being in a large company where you only work on a small portion of the business, here we are lean and everyone has to carry their weight!
