Pros

Spend just one day in the Radio Flyer office, and you will see why the company is consistently ranked as a ‘Great Place To Work.’ The goals of the company are clear and transparent, and I understand how my role impacts the rest of the company. It encourages me to come into work and be the best version of myself every day. Radio Flyer has a multitude of opportunities that promote a positive work-life balance. These include paid volunteer days, wellness competitions, summer Fridays, and more. Having started as an intern and eventually moving up to become a full-time Flyer, I can’t (and don’t want to) imagine working anywhere else!

Cons

Not working in downtown Chicago definitely has its drawbacks. That being said, our office space is spacious and beautiful. Parking is free for all Flyers and public transportation to the office is easy too!

Pros

Radio Flyer provides every employee with the opportunity to grow professionally through the career development program, Wagon U. The collaborative environment also allows you to work in cross-functional teams to find innovative and creative solutions. The culture is fast-paced and provides you with opportunities to challenge yourself every day. In addition, Radio Flyer values a healthy work/life balance through benefits such as the wellness program, flexible schedules, and summer hours. Overall, I love working for Radio Flyer because I am able to help bring smiles and create warm memories for families around the world!

Cons

None - Radio Flyer is a great place to work!

Pros

Everyone at Radio Flyer is dedicated to getting the job done well and serving consumers in the best possible way is a shared goal. The Customer Service department is not a standard call center, and every CSR has the skills, knowledge and power to decide the best course of action for a consumer. Teamwork is the norm and hard work never goes unnoticed. Radio Flyer works hard to create a welcoming and positive working environment, and upper management is transparent. Radio Flyer invests time & money on career and professional development and frequently promotes from within. If you're willing to work hard towards a shared goal, Radio Flyer is the perfect place!

Cons

Radio Flyer has high expectations for each and every employee, including full time, part time and contract employees. While the company gives everyone the skills to do the job well, if you're not interested in putting in the work and not invested towards the company's long terms goals, it may not be a fit.
