Pros

Great benefits, time-off, and work-life balance! The culture here is unbeatable. Everyone is passionate about the brand and the work they are doing. This company truly believes in its mission and values and hires people who share those same values. Your work matters here and it's awesome to see the impact you have on the business every day. Management and HR care about your professional development. I'm incredibly grateful to be a part of such a wonderful company.

Cons

You can't work remotely, but when you love the people you work with, you actually want to come into the office!

Pros

The people I get to interact and work with on a daily bases make my job a joy and something to look forward to everyday. In my position I'm given a lot of freedom to be creative and develop passion projects that have opportunity to make it to market. It's great being able to see the full process a product goes through, from napkin sketch to production. The product development team is involved heavily through the entire process. Radio Flyer consistently surprises me with how transparent upper management is with the entire company, through the good moments and the bad.

Cons

Location is a bit farther than ideal if you live in the city.

Pros

Working at Radio Flyer has been an amazing experience. From the first day I started, I could tell it's a special place to work. It's a company where your opinion is valued, and your work is valued. One of the things I love most about the company is you have the opportunity to grow both professionally, and personally. There are a series of trainings centered on you becoming more acclimated with the company and they also help you build your best self and team. Another great perk about working at Radio Flyer is the opportunity to get involved in employee run committees. There are a variety of different committees at Radio Flyer, so you are able to get involved in what you are most passionate about (wellness, volunteering, etc.) Having the opportunity to lead our volunteer committee, which we call the SMILEsquad, has been a great experience. Radio Flyer puts a big emphasis on positively impacting and enriching the lives of our team members, our community, and children in need. As a committee, we do this through volunteering at a number of Chicagoland organizations that are in need, and through donating to worthy causes. I have been involved in volunteer work my whole life, so it’s great to be at a company that follows these same values, and places such a large emphasis on helping those in need.

Cons

Nothing. Great Place to work!
