Radio Flyer is a very collaborative environment with a high level of transparency. We are all working towards a common goal and hidden agendas are nonexistent. Over the years, Radio Flyer has developed a productive corporate culture that will enables the brand to be one of the world’s most loved children’s brands.

Pros

Amazing culture that is open, collaborative, innovative, and encourages learning! Transparent leadership that isn't trying to hide anything, successes or failures. A great HR and management team that are available to help with anything!

Cons

It's a little farther outside of the city than I'd like, but there are plenty of bus lines and a fenced in parking lot, not to mention a bike room and showers.

Pros

It is hard to decide what I like best working at Radio Flyer. It could be the optional summer hours, great health benefits and 401K, in-house self improvement classes, a garden in our back yard, a workout room, and overall an excellent culture and positive atmosphere. I actually think the best part is . . . . . . stand up desks that allow you to either sit or stand! Radio Flyer also strives to help the local community with numerous events throughout the year. My favorite is that every summer we pick a local school or community that needs a new playground. All the employees take the day off and partner with community members to build a new playground from the ground up. At the end of the day we show the new playground to the kids that will be using it and seeing the excitement they get thinking about all the new adventures they will have is priceless. You really do make an impact here spreading smiles to kids!

Cons

I wish the weather was great all year round so we could enjoy the back patio and grill all the time.
