Radiology Partners is lead by visionary leaders who are committed to fully support local practice decision making typically deployed in group practice settings.

Cons

Company is young and growing quickly, but it is nimble and is learning to effectively manage the demands growth places on any organization.

Working from home is nice

Cons

This company is run like a chicken with its head cut off. There are so many changes all the time with little thought behind them and the support staff just has to adjust on the fly. Restructuring is their favorite sport. Support personnel are treated like ants, paid like ants too. I've seen so many people quit, from my team and others. There are so many VPs!
