Pros

I have learned a great deal so far at R1 for working here less than a year! The company culture is great and the people are welcoming/super friendly. Your co-workers want you to be successful. Management makes sure you have the resources and guidance to be capable and provides opportunity to advance within the company. As long as you are putting in effort and dedication to your job, you will enjoy your time here. Pay is great and there is good WLB.

Cons

The forever changing/growing space of ad tech might be too unstable for some people. Also the ex-CEO sheds a bad light on the company's reputation.

Pros

-High "boomerang" rate. A lot of people have worked a while at RadiumOne, left to see if the grass was greener, and have come back! -Hard work, actual hard work, and good attitude is recognized and appreciated. -Awesome colleagues across all teams. Incredibly smart and passionate folks. Knowledge farm. -It is what you make it. If you have a bad attitude, you're not going to thrive. -Casual work environment, fantastic culture.

Location is fidi so its good is you are from SF, but the office is small and they are not willing to move to a bigger office.
