Pros

I have learned a great deal so far at R1 for working here less than a year! The company culture is great and the people are welcoming/super friendly. Your co-workers want you to be successful. Management makes sure you have the resources and guidance to be capable and provides opportunity to advance within the company. As long as you are putting in effort and dedication to your job, you will enjoy your time here. Pay is great and there is good WLB.

Cons

The forever changing/growing space of ad tech might be too unstable for some people. Also the ex-CEO sheds a bad light on the company's reputation.

Pros

Working in a remote office may be a negative to some, however upper management does a great job of making sure NY is included and up-to-date on everything happening with the company. Overall, management is extremely supportive of sales and works hard at making sure everyone is set up for success. The flexible hours and location of the office are great as well!

Cons

The past CEO seems to keep popping back up when least expected. Although he was removed 2+ years ago, it seems his ego was bruised and he just can't let it go.
