      Decent benefits. Immediate supervisor is a good guy, as well as most upper mgmt.

      Cons

      Micro manage!! HR runs the show, can’t do anything without their input. Security dept. is run by a bully. Likes to keep everyone fearing for everything.

      Very positive team environment Treats employees with great respect Very profitable and financially driven No question Safety of all and Environment are priorities.

      Cons

      Cascade steel is a stand alone Steel Mill, which makes the exchange of knowledge with other Mills a bit more difficult - great opportunities for improvemnts though....
