      Everything is good very friendly place to work everyon is friendly and treats you with respect definetly recommended place to work

      Holiday work and getting paid the same because for them the only holidays are christmas but for the 25th dec is close the only time on the year

      10 years ago it was a good place to work at since time has gone downhill each year

      Company babies crane operators that load ships These operators use FMLA to only work when shift are here other people can't get FMLA

      Good pay but you bleed for it

      Cons

      Horrible management from the top down. Huge good ole boy network throughout the company in each region. Cut throat from top down. Money is king when times get tough your're out.
