Pros

99% of the people are great offices are nice technology is good

Cons

HR is useless. Don't keep things confidential. HRBP never gets back to you. he is never at his desk. CEO doesn't live here and doesn't know how to fix anything that is wrong. Laid off people last spring. laid off a bunch more in february and are going to lay off a bunch more this summer. They are losing money like crazy

Pros

The people who do their best to keep this company going despite upper management's constant unethical gaming of the system for their own personal gain.

Cons

In the last five years the headcount and morale in this company has plummeted almost as far and as fast as the price of steel. The experienced managers were replaced with inexperienced (cheaper) ones and yard staff has been reduced to bare bones. Those remaining bear a heavier workload and most only take one or two days off at a time just to keep from losing their PTO. It's taking a toll on both the physical and mental health of many and we're about to lose some quality people who care about what they do, but can't take it anymore.
