Management seeks to undermine positive morale with gossip, politics, retribution against employees. Pay is also extremely low comparatively.

Very talented employees that care deeply about the patients and the community that they serve. The level of pride is incredible.

Cons

Leadership likes to think that they are "open" to hearing from front-line staff but nothing ever seems to change. Employees fear speaking out...some that do speak out, seem to no longer work for the organization.
