Pros

A good place to go if you can't find work anywhere else.

Cons

Highly stressful environment. Poor training from leads, lasting no more than 15 minutes. Managers do not adhere to the company's mission or code of conduct. Sexual harassment is rampant, from the line workers to the top managers. Managers harass employees when they don't meet quotas because the managers refuse to empower them with the proper resources and training to excel in their roles. Managers rely on grapevine channels to deliver important messages like meetings called 15 minutes before the end of shift. Managers refuse to let employees use the bathroom on request. The company steals time from employees by running the lines early. The union is a ineffective and a facade.
