Pros

14.00 dollars an hour is the base pay for entry level maintenance technicians. Highly skilled techs can make in the upward twenties an hour. But you definitely earn your wages to keep the production running at all times.

Cons

You get dirty.When a machine breaks down, you got to get in there and get the job done,and you're gonna come in contract with various parts of chicken.

My pay is good because of the yrs i've worked for the company ($11.05).

Cons

I work day shift. That's 8:45a.m. til whenever we do our loads and whatever night shift didn't do. Meaning i might not make it home from work til around 8:00p.m. Monday-Friday.
