Pros
Good hours, decent pay if you work there for several years. Benefits aren't too bad, provide life, health and dental.
Cons
One 30 minute break which is enough to quickly eat a meal and use the bathroom, two 10 minute breaks where you basically have to rush if you need to use the bathroom. You lose a lot of time trying to wash up before leaving the work area due to a small sink being used by 30-40 people at once. Pay is horrible for the work, though after two years it's decent.
