You are able to leave the week early if you finish everything you are required to do early.

Cons

There are incredibly early mornings. Like being at farms at 4:00 am. And you are expected to do everything required for the week no matter how long it takes but you are only paid for working a 40 hour week. There is no overtime or compensation time and you are expected to be ready to answer the phone and help with anything no matter when or where you are.

Great supervisors and team leads. Sense of community in the workplace and understanding among coworkers. Truly loved working here.

Cons

Can be fast paced with work load overflowing the line on occasion. You get used to the work flow but can be overwhelming at times.
