      - used to be a good department where you could learn a lot - not toxic - very little gossip if you don’t indulge in it

      Cons

      Lack of manpower Shift work Hospitality industry in general pays very little (though raffles usually offers the a competitive pay)

      Cons

      Staff cafeteria food so bad, directors go to eat with guests at main restaurant, management of front office treat staff like slaves and disrespect them whenever something minor happens, front office manager lies about giving wrong instructions. They will give you warning letters without investigating first any incident. Micromanagement, HIGH turnover, harassment, and intimidation of staff. They will also make you do tasks that are not on your job description so they wouldn’t have to hire more people.
