Long working hours, there's no such thing as overtime pay as it is expected of you. Dinosaur bosses, very old fashioned and they only care of themselves (Making you do work at your expense just for them to look good etc) Dinosaur work processes Some managers can be very hard to work with Does not know how to keep good staff Pay stagnant
