Working in raffles as a commis waiter very hard. It’s see luxury from outside but inside the reality of team is toxic, rude, no supportive . Weird kitchen and drawing room plan. Need to walk 10 mints to then catch lift then go downstairs and carry heavy tray and then again come back to drawing room when it’s busy we gonna die. No team work. All time bullying you which impacts on daily work life.

No positive environment and team is not supportive. Pressured and bullied every time
