Co-workers. There are a few good people.

Low pay No raises Condescending behavior Lack of respect for others Rude upper management No work life balance Company literally issued a mass email telling employees to give high rating in Glassdoor to falsify our rating. Really good employees that have been dedicated for years are dropping like flies because they just cannot stand the practices anymore.
