      Pros

      The people here are what make it so amazing! Great work/life balance and easy to work with your manager to make sure you're not overworked in any way. Company works hard to make sure its employees are happy and getting involved in whatever they want to do.

      Cons

      Not a ton of flexibility with working from home.

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues, (mostly) reasonable clients, appropriate and often generous compensation, interesting and engaging work, opportunities for professional growth

      Cons

      Individual and group workloads are often high, some processes and practices need to continue to be reviewed as the firm grows, everyone is going in a lot of directions and it sometimes feels hard to stay on top of things.
