Our firm is implementing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan that details specific initiatives we are undertaking to advance DEI in the organization. The initiatives are organized into three categories: 1. Strategies to continue to recruit diverse candidates at all levels and provide inclusive benefits to employees 2. Strategies to develop employees and promote continued growth and advancement in the organization 3. It sounds like our approach to flexibility was not to your liking. Raftelis employees do have flexibility in terms of work from home / work from an office, and employees who preferred to work remotely for health concerns was provided for throughout the pandemic.
